If you can work with our customers, provide them support, training and give them a helping hand in bringing their website or in-house performance to peak, your place is with us!
- Partner with our clients to help them operate the system to achieve peak performance.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any & all matters specific to your clients, including escalations.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
- Set and maintain goals with clients.
- Travel the world an train our system
- Online media experience and ability to manage strategic client relationships.
- Ability to effectively manage time and influence decision-makers Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization
- Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within industry of expertise/focus Strong analytical skills preferred
- World travel is required almost once a month
- Perfect English writing and speaking
